WHAT IS OLD WAYS, NEW HANDS?
Old Ways, New Hands” is Chef Richard Sandoval’s goal accelerator and mentorship program, aiming to preserve and amplify Latin culture by teaching the next generation of Latin chefs, creators, and restaurateurs both culinary and business skills.
The mentorship program offers access to tools and resources, and culminates in an international trip including workshops with Chef Sandoval, to sharpen business and cooking skills from a chef whose footprint spans 4 continents and 12 countries, with 60+ locations.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
If selected, you will travel on an all-expenses-paid trip to an international location and dine at Chef’s restaurants, explore local markets, attend culinary and business workshops taught by Chef Richard Sandoval and more.
